Mr. Estrella's Parliamentary and political activity has been
related to Foreign Affairs and Defence, ie. In Parliament, Special
Rapporteur on UN Reform and the Future of Peacekeeping, Rapportueur of
the Basic National Defence Law Or the Law on Development Co-operation.
At the Party level, the activities of Mr. Estrella, representing
the PSOE, relate to various international activities, in particular,
Socialist International committees on Middle East, Mediterranean and
Security Policy.
